Athle (“Athle”, “we”, “us”) is a free daily sports guessing game available at playathle.com. By using the game you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.

Athle is provided free of charge for personal, non-commercial entertainment. We publish a new puzzle for each sport every day. We may change, add, pause or remove features, sports or puzzles at any time, and we may update or interrupt the service for maintenance without notice.

You agree to use Athle only for its intended purpose. You must not attempt to disrupt or overload the service, access it through automated means or scrapers, probe or breach its security, reverse engineer the game to extract hidden answers, or use it in any way that is unlawful or infringes the rights of others.

The Athle name, design, original text and game format are owned by us and protected by applicable law. Player names, statistics, club and league names, crests and photographs referenced in the game are the property of their respective owners and are used only to identify the athletes for the purpose of the guessing game. Athle is an independent project and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any league, club, federation or athlete.

We work to keep player information accurate, but the data is provided “as is” and may contain errors or become out of date. If you spot a mistake, we would love to hear about it so we can fix it.

Athle may use third-party services for analytics and advertising, including Google AdSense. Ads and links shown by these partners are not under our control, and we are not responsible for the content or practices of third-party advertisers or the sites they link to. Athle is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the game. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “last updated” date above, and continued use of Athle after a change means you accept the revised terms.
